Shortlist
A shortlist is either usable or it is worthless. It is not a CV dump from a job board. Each name has been approached, screened against the mandate, and checked for notice, pay, and whether they can actually do the job in that city.
On executive search, a first shortlist is typically out in five business days. Volume RPO uses a weekly pipeline instead of a single shortlist event.
How we deliver this: Executive search.
FAQ
Questions we get
- How many names are on a first shortlist?
- Enough that you can choose, not so many that you are doing the search yourself. The number follows the mandate and how thin that market is for the language and the plant.

Executive search
A retained search for a named senior role — typically a country manager, plant director, or functional head — with a mapped market and a shortlist, not a job-ad campaign.
Recruitment process outsourcing
Embedded hiring for a volume build — a factory ramp, a shared-service centre, or a 20–200 headcount programme — run by recruiters in the country of the roles.
