Who holds the data

What we collect

If you are an employer, the contact form prepares a briefing (name, work email, company, country, what you need, role, timing, optional phone, and the brief) and you send it to hello@arktalents.com. If you join the talent community, we receive your name, email, market of interest, and function so we can write when a search matches.

We also keep ordinary business records of people we already work with — clients, candidates on live searches, and people who email us directly. We do not scrape this website’s visitors into a marketing list.

What we use it for

• Reply about a hire, a search, or in-country employment.
• Contact candidates about roles that match the country and function they gave us.
• Run payroll and employment files where we are the local employer — that sits in the employment file, not on this website.

Who we do not give it to

We do not sell personal data. We do not hand candidate or client lists to a third-party recruiting platform, job board, or outsourced ATS. Hiring records sit in systems we run ourselves.

Mail to hello@arktalents.com travels over our corporate email. The public website is hosted so pages can be served. Those are infrastructure, not a recruiting database we rent. We will share data if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Employer briefings stay while we are in that conversation, and for as long as we still need them to serve the same client. Talent-community profiles stay while you remain in the community. Employment and payroll files follow the retention rules of the country of work. Write to hello@arktalents.com if you want a profile removed from the community or a briefing deleted where we are not required to keep it.

Your choices

Email hello@arktalents.com to see what we hold, correct it, or ask us to stop contacting you about roles. We are a Hong Kong company. If you are in another country, you can still make that request; we will not invent a local rights process we do not run.

This website

We do not run advertising cookies or a third-party analytics pixel on these pages. The contact and talent-community forms are for sending us a briefing, not for tracking you around the web.
