Aguinaldo
Aguinaldo is not a bonus you can withhold for performance. It is due on any termination, prorated. It sits outside monthly gross on our Mexico salary table, together with PTU.
IMSS and INFONAVIT are calculated on an integrated salary that includes this kind of extra. Model the true cost, not just twelve times monthly gross.

Questions we get
- Is Aguinaldo mandatory?
- Yes. At least 15 days' salary by 20 December. Many employers pay more; 15 days is the floor.
