Contractor management

A country manager sitting in your office under your hours is usually an employee, whatever the invoice says. Several of our markets (Poland's B2B habit, Spain's TRADE rules, Brazil's CLT) treat misclassification as a live inspector risk.

Contractor management is the process of keeping true independents on a proper contract, and moving everyone else onto an employment contract — yours, or in-country employment until you incorporate.

How we deliver this: Contractor management.

FAQ

Questions we get

Can we keep a country manager on a contractor invoice?
If they work under your direction in your office, most labour inspectorates will treat that as employment. Put them on a labour contract.
