Payroll
Payroll is not just a bank transfer. In most of our markets it includes social insurance, a housing or provident fund, and a calendar of extras — a 13th month, THR, Tet, or Aguinaldo — that sit outside monthly gross.
Who the employer is on paper still matters. If the hire is on in-country employment, that local employer runs payroll. If you have incorporated, your company files in its own name.
How we deliver this: Payroll & statutory.
