Local-plus package

Local-plus is how many multinational employers price a regional or country seat: paid in local currency, on local payroll, with a defined add-on instead of a home-country salary plus COLA, tax equalisation, and a housing invoice from headquarters.

Write what is base, what is allowance, and what ends when the assignment ends. Mixing a home-country payroll with a local contract is how double tax and double social charges start.

How we deliver this: Global mobility.

FAQ

Questions we get

Is local-plus the same as a local hire?
No. A local hire is employed on the local market rate, usually without mobility extras. Local-plus is still a local contract, with named extras for someone you have asked to move.
